Refund policy
Please remember that if you are not satisfied with the product upon receiving it, you have a period of thirty (30) calendar days to request an exchange.
We will accept exchanges if the product meets the following requirements:
• The product must not have been used.
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• The product must be in its original, unaltered state.
• It should not be dirty.
• There should be no traces of chemicals that may discolor or deteriorate the product.
• The product must not be faded.
• The garment should be in perfect condition.
• There should be no inconsistencies due to washing, adulteration, or ironing.

• Provide the reason for the exchange.
• Provide your personal information (identification number, email, address), order number, or invoice associated with the purchase.
• We will contact you to arrange the collection of the garments from the provided address in order to initiate the return process.
• Once we receive the garment, it will be evaluated. Based on the analysis, we will inform you if the exchange is appropriate or not.
• If the exchange is approved, we will proceed to send the new garment to your address.
• If the desired product is unavailable, we will issue a credit note that can be redeemed in the online store.
Please note that exchanges are only available for changes in size or color, and if the new product has a higher price, the additional cost must be covered by the customer.
After verifying the condition of the product, THE BRAND ATHLEISURE will have seven (7) business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria for exchange based on size, wrong product, or credit note.
Legal Warranty
If a product presents faults, manufacturing defects, or missing parts, you can request a product repair, refund, or exchange.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Conditions
To make the product warranty effective, please consider the following:
• Make the request within the specified time frame.
• Provide the purchase receipt or buyer's identification.
• The damage to the product must be due to a quality and/or manufacturing defect.
• Deliver the product in optimal hygienic conditions.
• The product warranty applies in the country of purchase.
• The product must not be abused, misused, or improperly handled.
